It has the innate business intelligence to dispatch jobs based onrunners’ skill sets, availability and locations. Hotel staff canalso make use of the ad-hoc messaging function for bettercommunication.
It is specifically designed for use in conjunction with centralizedjob dispatching systems such as the web-based FCS e-Connect. Withm-Connect installed on staff mobile devices, they are now able todeliver excellence in service anywhere and anytime. Each servicerequest can be tracked from start until completion. Authorizedstaff can also view guest folios and detailed preferences.
