  The calls of a contact can be blocked or allowed, dependingontime of day.   You can enable exception handling. Some calls which shouldbeblocked, can be allowed thanks to Call BlockingException.For example you would accept a call from someone whowas blockedtoo many times in a specified period because it might beanimportant call.
