Each campus at SVC, Mount Vernon and Whidbey, has itsownlegislature and Program Board. The campus legislatures handletheday to day and weekly issues present on their home campuses.Thesecampus legislatures then participate cooperatively, once amonth,in a district wide government meeting.

Supported by the Services and Activities fee, ProgramBoardbuilds campus community through a diverse spectrumofextracurricular and co-curricular programs that contributetocampus life by promoting interactive and interculturalexperiences.Students plan events and activities, assist variouscampusdepartments, publicize events, and support student clubs.
