건설기계대여계약 신고시스템은 건설기계사업자가 스마트폰을 이용하여 건설업체와 계약사실을 신고하면 대금지급보증발급여부를 확인 할 수 있고 관련 규정을 위반한 업체는 행정처분될 수 있도록 지원하는 시스템 입니다.

건설산업기본법 제68조의3항 및 동법 시행규칙 제34조의4항에 건설업체는 건설기계대여업체와 200만원 이상의건설기계대여계약을 체결한 경우에는 대금지급보증서를 발급 하여야 하며 위반시에는 시정명령, 영업정지 등의 행정처분을 하도록규정되어 있습니다.
