You have to set up smtp server, email address etcetera only oncevia menu/settings.

If you want to listen to the voice message on your computer yourbest bet is to install gomplayer and associate .3gp extension withit. Or you can install some codecs, see http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/how_to_play_3gp_files.cfm

If you want to listen to the message later on from your mobilegmail, you can use
- if supported, download the attachment (or use AttachSave Lite(free))
