About Binocular Vision
For binocular viewings there are two types, the parallel viewingand the cross eyed viewing.
It is said that for people who are far sighted, if they usethe“cross eyed viewing” and for people who are near sighted, ifthey use the “parallel viewing” it is effective when usedalternately with the “cross eyed method”.
However, for beginners it is better to start the training with theeasy to see “parallel viewing”
In this app you can easily switch between the parallel viewing andthe cross eyed viewing by tapping the toggle button at the bottomleft of the screen. Points on each viewing method and their effectsare outlined below.

Parallel viewing - The effect is greater with nearsightedness
For the beginners, the parallel method is an easy method forviewing. With the image in the line of sight and while lookingfurther into the distance, bring the two photographs into focus infront of you.
Try not to look at the picture itself, but instead look a littlebit further away, and remember to try not to strain. It isimportant to relax and look vaguely.
There is another way. Hold up a finger at a distance further awaythan the screen and look at the finger to bring the image intofocus.
From the old days is has been said that it is best to look far intothe distance if near sighted.
Because the parallel viewing has the same effect as looking farinto the distance, focusing on a point in the distance will relaxthe eye muscles and make the eyesight better.

The cross eyed viewing - A great effect on far sightedness
In contrast to the parallel viewing, this method relies on focusingin front of the screen using crossed eyes viewing.
For people who are not good at crossing eyes, please try to viewthe left of the screen in the right eye and the right of the screenin the left eye.
If you check that you are looking correctly while winking, it willbe easier.
So for people who say that even this is difficult, put up a fingerin front of the screen and focus on this.

How to use the app
In the middle at the bottom of the screen tap the button to startthe slide show mode and the stereoscopic images will be swappedevery 10 seconds. To stop the slideshow, press the buttonagain.
To view one image at a time, tap the button and you can see oneimage at a time in manual mode.
If you don’t do anything after 5 seconds, the button willautomatically disappear, and you can make it appear again bytapping the screen.
