Application that create a node that listens toa ROS image message topic, converts the image into a opencv Mat,draws a circle on it and displays the image on the phone. The imageis then republished over ROS.

Topic for receive images:
/camera/image/compressed

Topic for output images:
/image_converter/output_video/compressed

You need OpenCVManager for this app.
