Location information will not be collectedif GPS isnot authorized.3) The App transmits geo-location information only to theNOVAtimedatabase of the client company with which an employeeisassociated. Geo-location information collected by the App istheproperty of the client and may be used and shared at theclient’sdiscretion. NOVAtime is not responsible for the client’srelease ofgeo-location information.4) GPS location accuracy depends on physical location,signalstrength, and mobile phone service provider. NOVAtimecannotguarantee the capture of exact locations.5) This app supports time punches in the same time zone.
