The OD-ME app is a tool for overdose rescue education. Itinstructsusers on how to use naloxone to potentially rescuesomeonesuffering from an overdose. Instructions cover how to usebothnasal and intramuscular naloxone as well as steps to takewhilewaiting for paramedics to arrive at the scene. The app alsocoverswhere people can attain naloxone, how to store naloxone,signs thatsomeone may be suffering from an overdose and informationon typesof opioids that naloxone could potentially reverse anoverdosefrom. The app uses text, diagrams, and voice-overs toconvey thisinformation.
