Altar Smart IVR is a demo of“VisualInteractive Voice Response”, designed for smartphone andmobiledevice users. The application is user-friendly, fastandfunctional. It allows for convenient access to informationandservices, without the necessity to listen to subsequentvoicemessages, like in classic IVR. It is also a new,self-serviceaccess channel to call centre.Altar Smart IVR, in comparison with the classic IVR, reducesthenumber of calls waiting for agent’s service, thus loweringthecosts. At the same time, it caters for high quality of service,andthus – Clients’ satisfaction.Additionally, Altar Smart IVR is a wide range of available meansofcommunication and a new channel for personalisedmarketingcommunication. It displays on the screen – discreetly butvisibly –adverts (texts, photos, animations, movies),announcements,instruction materials, without hindering thenavigationfunctionality.Contents of the application are dynamic (input from SmartIVRserver), easy to implement and controllable fromadministrator’slevel.
