Search for Texasbusinesses that sell, serve, or distribute beer, wine orliquor. SEARCH           • Search TABC: Mobile for a complete list of places selling,supplying, distributing or serving alcohol in Texas. • Seeestablishment locations on a map and get directions. • Viewbusiness addresses and owner names. • Every type of alcohol-relatedbusiness in Texas can be searched: local businesses, bars,restaurants, liquor stores, breweries, distilleries, wineries,convenience stores, grocery stores and sports venues.  NOTIFYTABC if you know of a business breaking the law. • TABC: Mobileenables citizens to work with the Texas Alcoholic BeverageCommission by reporting incidents they see, like fights, gambling,prostitution, human trafficking or illicit drug use. • It also hasoptions for notifying TABC when minors are being served alcohol oremployees over serving patrons drinks.  Users can also reportviolations of alcohol anonymously. REPORT A BREACH OF PEACE • TexasLicense/Permit holders and/or authorized employees may register andsubmit breach of peace reports. • Receive email confirmation aftersubmitting breach of peace, which qualifies as an authorized reportof incident pursuant to the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commissionadministrative rules.   Please drink responsibly.

TABC: Compliance Reporting is an application for TexasAlcoholicBeverage Commission (TABC) license/permit holders to usein orderto complete and submit their annual compliance report.TABC:Compliance Reporting allows users to quickly meet therequirementsof the law from the convenience of a mobile deviceinstead of goingthrough a lengthy on-site inspection with a TABCauditor. Userswill complete a report for their business byanswering a series ofquestions based on their license or permittype. Users will also beasked to submit pictures of their printedTABC license/permit,required signage, and other subjects usingtheir mobile device’scamera. The TABC: Compliance Reportingapplication requires 30megabytes of memory on the user’s device.The application requiresthe user to enable location services andthe camera feature ontheir device. The user’s mobile device musthave cellular serviceor a Wi-Fi connection to transmit the report.Use of Wi-Fi ishighly recommended to ensure accuracy of thelocation services. Allusers must register or be designated throughthe registrationportal in order to use the TABC: ComplianceReporting application.The TABC will provide current license/permitholders with a weblink to the registration portal.
