Falco Gestione Legale è un’app pensata perl'avvocato che voglia avere sempre con sé i propri dati susmartphone e tablet, protetti da password ed anche in assenza diconnessione a internet.

L’agenda offre due diverse modalità d’uso, calendario mensile oelenco degli appuntamenti, in più offre numerose opzioni dipersonalizzazione per venire incontro alle tue esigenze.

Gli avvocati potranno avere con sé i dati essenziali dellepratiche del proprio studio legale, da consultare e modificareovunque. L'app gestisce tutti i tipi di pratiche,dall'infortunistica, al civile, penale, tributario edamministrativo. Ad ogni pratica è possibile associare più fasiprocessuali, mantenendo per ognuna i riferimenti RG e le autoritàdesignate.

Con la funzione di "ricerca unica" è adesso possibile cercare sututto l'archivio, immettendo un testo si troveranno istantaneamenteimpegni, contatti e pratiche. Un esempio: cercando "Roma",l'avvocato troverà tutte le pratiche che abbiano fasi processualinella capitale, tutti gli appuntamenti in città e tutti i contattiche si chiamino "Roma". Cercando "4/2014" troverà la pratica conquel numero, cercando "Rossi" troverà i clienti o le controparticon quel preciso cognome.

Con la nuova versione è anche possibile calcolare in modosemplice il Contributo Unificato per le proprie cause.

Nella sezione "Calcoli" è adesso anche possibile simulare ilcalcolo dei Compensi Professionali secondo i nuovi parametri del2014 che sostituiscono il DM 140/2012. Il calcolo supporta iparametri sia per il Giudizio Civile che per il GiudizioPenale.

La sincronizzazione con Falco per PC (disponibile a breve) ticonsente inoltre di avere i dati sempre aggiornati, su smartphone,tablet e sul tuo PC di ufficio.
