CNE intends to use its resources to advertiseevents,festivities, celebrations and talents of the Caribbeancommunity.Now where did this idea come from; to many times theyouths andeven adults who are well versed with the skills andtalents aredriven to larger foreign countries just to showcase thetalents ofwhich they possess.
