The Czone App is based on over 8 years ofresearch by an IE Business School, a UC Berkeley professor and aMedical Doctor. It is a self assessment tool for establishing yourrelationship with uncertainty in both your professional as well aspersonal life. The bigger your comfort zone, the more comfortableyou are with uncertainty. Once you use the Czone scale to determinehow comfortable you are with uncertainty in both your professionaland personal lives, it compares you to the general populationaround you. Finally through the App you are able to both sharestories and tips about how to become more comfortable withuncertainty as well as read them from users all over theworld.
