convenient way for patients and families to accessinformationabout
services and provides an opportunity to requestadditionalinformation.
For Health Care providers, it provides information aboutservicesand
serves as an easy way to make a referral. The intakedepartmentspecific
to each service line will follow-up on all referralsreceivedthrough the
app. All patient information received through the referral formwillbe
managed with HIPAA compliance.
