The Perform Rehab App is dedicated toimproving the health and fitness of athletes at Perform, a part ofSpire Healthcare.

The App was created by Physiotherapists for people of all agesand types of injuries. The app provides you with HD video exercisesto follow as prescribed by your physiotherapist or S&CCoach.

It is designed to put you in control of your exercise programmeand recovery. You always have your video exercises with you on yourphone so can exercise anytime and anywhere.

The APP features:

Exercise Videos – Dedicated video exercises and instruction ofyour rehab exercises that have been sent to you directly. Theproper technique will ensure you recover faster from yourinjury.

Your Statistics – This gives you a log of your exercise programand how you felt when completing your exercises.

Exercise Diary – which logs the days you have completed yourprescribed exercise program and lets you add notes and setreminders for your exercises.
