You can create multiple play listwhichcontains ringtones and quickly choose a play list as aactivelist.. In each phone call this app will change defaultringtonerandomly from selected play list. You can select deviceringtonesand other musics from external/internal memory as adefaultringtone. It also has an option to shuffle the tonesmanually.

5. You can create multiple play list but active one at a time.
