The Snow and Ice Management (SIM) App providesSMS Assist’s snow and ice removal Affiliates a way to manage workorders and streamline the onsite validation process on-the-go andin real-time. It is fully integrated with the SMS Assist SIM Portaland creates real-time communication and work order visibilitybetween our affiliates’ home office, crews and SMS Assist. The SIMMobile app improves the workflow process for both field techniciansand Affiliate administrators in the following ways:
• Receives weather alerts 24-48 hours prior to any work relatedconditions
• Shortens the time to process work orders and decreases the amountof paperwork, which saves time and money on every work order
• The photo feature captures before and after pictures to ensureevery service is completed to 100% satisfaction
• The GPS-enabled functionality reduces technicians’ check in andout time to under one minute
• Allows Affiliate administrators to remotely monitor and managethe status of all of a business’s work order information, all inone place
