This app makes the LED-Flashlight of yoursmartphone-cam blink with a certain frequency. You can enter thefrequency by typing the value in Hertz (blinks per second) or byblinks per minute and you can also tune it with a slider andfinetune it with buttons. Further you have the possibility todouble the frequency by clicking on the button "2x" to make sureyou have the right frequency. Please note, that the maximumfrequency is being reduced by other apps, that are running in thebackground. Other apps, that are running in the background couldeven cause an irregular frequency. The application can be used in16 different languages. To choose a language, click on menu buttonand scroll down or up to choose your favorite language.
