このアプリは、他者とのコミュニケーションが難しい、発達障がいや知的障がいのある児童生徒を対象とした意思表示ツールです。画像、音声、文字で表示します。子どもが常に携帯することで、学校や家庭、地域で活用できます。保護者が携帯する別アプリのチップスマネージャーとセットで使用すると、一人ひとりに対応した内容にカスタマイズ出来ます。意思表示だけでなく、メッセージ機能、自己情報、連絡先、避難場所を設定することが出来、とくに災害時には近くの人に見せることによって、より安全に避難場所までの誘導を支援します。チップスマネージャーとの連携には、Microsoft社のクラウドストレージサービスOneDriveを使用しています。連携データは下記の通りです。　・GPS（位置）情報　　位置情報取得のために、バックグラウンド時にもGPS機能を使用しているので、バッテリーを消費をします。また、位置ログを記録しています。　・ジャイロ情報　　子どもの動きを把握するために取得しています。 　・バッテリー残量情報・スピーカーのアイコンについてロングタップで赤いスライドバーが表示され最大になるまで押し続けるとすることで音声が再生されます。これは、障がいのある子どもが誤って押してしまうことがないように長押しにしています。これは電話や周辺アイコン等もそのように設定しています。この数値は設定画面上で設定できます。・携帯電話や避難所を追加する方法別アプリ「チップスマネージャー」にて、「電話」の項目を表示。入力したい相手(お母さん、お父さん等)を表示させ、「文字」のボタンを押します。デフォルトの電話番号（ダミー）を消して、新たに正しい電話番号を入力して、確定ボタンを押します。入力した電話番号が表示されないのは、 障がいのある子どもが操作しているときに、第3者にのぞき見されることを防ぐためです。避難所についてもチップスマネージャーで「避難所」の項目を表示。１が最寄りの避難所となります。「場所」のボタンを押し、住所や施設名を入力して「検索」を押し、検索結果から選びます。最後に登録を押すと、位置情報とともに設定されます。入力が完了したら、「アップロード」ボタンを押して、データをOnedriveにアップロードして、チップス側で読み込みされると、表示されます。読み込みの頻度は、チップスマネージャーの「その他」項目にある「チップ更新間隔」にて設定できます。すべての機能を使うには親（チップスマネージャー側）が設定する必要がありますが、意思表示を行う機能については、プリインストールしてあります。追加や削除をチップスマネージャー側でできるようにしています。・Onedriveにログインしないで利用する方法本アプリを起動して、Onedriveのログインを行う画面が出たときに「戻るボタン」を押すと、ログインをキャンセルすることができます。そうすることで「意思表示を行う機能」をログインなしで利用することができます。左上に「OneDriveサインインしてません」と表示されますので、その表示を押すことでOneDriveにサインインすることも可能です。・メッセージについて「親（チップスマネージャー）」側から、本アプリにメッセージを送ることができます。チップスマネージャから届いたメッセージは、『質問』と『回答の選択肢』がセットです。「子（チップス）」は、質問に対して選択肢から回答を長押しで選択することで、「親（チップスマネージャー）」に回答することできます。このやりとりもOneDriveを介して行われます。【パステルハートプロジェクトについて】女子美術大学が、文部科学省「平成26年度学習上の支援機器等教材研究開発支援事業」の委託を受け、取り組んでいます。主に自閉症などの発達障がいや知的障がいのある児童生徒を対象とした、学校や家庭、地域で活用できる防災教育ツール、ならびに今回の東日本大震災での教訓から必要と考えられる災害時の保護者、支援者らとのコミュニケーションツールとしてのICT機器アプリケーション開発を行っています。
