Description

腎臓が気になる方を対象とした、食事面からのケアアプリです。
具体的には、朝昼夕、おやつで食べた食品、食材を選択し、塩分、タンパク質、カリウム、リンの摂取量を自動計算します。1日の摂取量が制限値を超えていなか確認画面で確認する事ができます。
また、摂取カロリーも同時に計算するので、必要カロリーが取られているか確認する事もできます。

(操作説明)

1.設定画面で 年齢、身長、性別、塩分ケア度、タンパク質、カリウム、リンの
制限あるなしを設定します

2. 1.の設定後データを保存しておきます。(以後は、1の設定は記憶されてい
るので再度設定の必要はありません)

3. 食事入力画面で、朝昼夕、おやつを選択し、食品、食材の項目から食事
内容を選択します。
全食品、食材を網羅しているわけではないので項目に無い場合は近い
ものを選択してください。
食品、食材が複数の場合は複数回選択ボタンを押してください。
(おにぎりが2個なら、2回選択ボタン)
また、摂取量を直接調整したい場合は調整画面で調整できます。

4. 確認画面で1日の摂取量を確認します。
制限値を超えている場合は赤文字で表示されます。

5. 食事入力後は、アプリを終了する前にデータ保存を実行してください。

本アプリでは、食品、食材の平均的な塩分等の摂取量を計算しますので、食べた量や、味付けなどなどにより違いが生じる場合があります、あくまでも参考用にご利用ください。
また、タンパク質、カリウム、リンは医師などから摂取制限の指示が無い場合、基本的に制限しないでお使い下さい。
なお、過剰な摂取量の制限は、かえって健康を害する場合がありますので、医師などの指示に従うようにお願い致します。
