When I first moved to the Pacific NW from North Carolina Itriedsmoked salmon for the first time. I have always enjoyedcooking andgood BBQ and have spent a good deal of my life workingin the Foodand Beverage industry. I was blown off my feet at howmuch betterthe Coho Salmon tasted here in Oregon than the Atlanticsalmon Iwas accustomed to on the East Coast. I was especiallyimpressedwith the addition of the subtle smokey flavors the PacificCedarlent to the food.

My first smoked salmon experience was so good I was inspiredtobuild my own smoker out of a wine barrel from a local winerytosmoke my own fish and meats. That’s another story.

With our planks and wraps you won’t have to build a smoker togetthe same results. Through a few happenstance meetings I met JeffaCalifornia native who shared a passion for great food as well asagood dose of entrepreneurial spirit who in turn introduced metohis business partner and computer savvy, like-minded friendRandy.We put our heads together and decided to offer products thatmirrora lifestyle with a focus on quality and regional ingredients.Wehave formed a connection with the products we offer and eachonehas had a part along our travels and experiences ineverydaylife.

We intend on showcasing and offering these products online tohelpsupport these gourmet products originating from passionatepeople.We intend on building on this list but you have to startsomewhereright.
