My biggest problem with workouts wasthecontinuous concentration on counting the repetitions ofmovementsand remembering the next movement in the complete workoutprogram.I also did not like follow any trainer or instructorbecause therespeed was sometimes faster sometimes slower as Iwanted. With thisApp, I can focus on the workout and this App willdo all theannoying tasks. With this App now I am able to set up myownworkout program or load the program of any trainer, changethespeed according to my taste. I can use a built in timer oraBluetooth button to control the application. It counts for metheexercises and tells me when I finished with one exercise repsandcan start a new series of movements.
Gym exercise assistance (GymEx) helps you focus on your workoutandyou do not need to count repetitions or you do not have torememberwhich exercises will come next. It can be controlled withBluetoothbutton. This application is free to use. After 1000movement itwill offer the pro version, but it remains usable.
