't Einder is een openbare basisschool in dewijk Paashoef in Gemert. Er is in de omgeving van de school, endaarmee ook de wijk waarin onze kinderen wonen, veel ruimte om tespelen.‘t Einder maakt deel uit van de brede school; een peuterspeelzaalen buitenschoolse opvang zitten in hetzelfde ruim opgezette gebouw.Dit maakt de overstap naar het basisonderwijs gemakkelijk. “Het isecht een school waar je je welkom voelt.”We zijn gehuisvest in een gebouw dat zich kenmerkt zich door veelextra ruimtes. Een gebouw met veel ruimte, doorkijkjes, licht enmogelijkheden wat aan alle kanten openheid uitstraalt.‘t Einder heeft dertien klaslokalen, een speelzaal, een centraleaula, een infotheek/bibliotheek, diverse werkruimtes en eenpersoneelsruimte. Bij ieder klaslokaal is er een gezamenlijkevoorruimte aanwezig waarin kinderen rustig aan opdrachten en aan decomputer kunnen werken. Het gebouw is volledig toegankelijk voormindervalide mensen.Organisatie van de groepen‘t Einder telt 10 groepen.We streven ernaar om zoveel mogelijk jaarklassen (homogene groepen)te formeren. Daarnaast kiezen we ervoor de onderbouwgroepen zoklein mogelijk te houden! Aan het einde van een schooljaar wordtzorgvuldig gekeken naar de nieuwe groepsindeling en de personelebezetting. Daarnaast hebben we dit schooljaar ook een aantalcombinatiegroepen.Dit schooljaar (2015/2016) hebben wij de volgende groepen:3 groepen 1 / 22 Groepen 3Groep 4Groep 4/5Groep 6Groep 7Groep 8InlooptijdWe vinden het belangrijk om zowel de ochtend als de middag rustigen op tijd te beginnen. Om 8.20 en 12.40 uur gaat de eersteschoolbel. De kinderen gaan dan naar binnen. In de klas gaan ze ophun eigen plaats een rustige activiteit doen. Ouders mogen mee naarbinnen gaan voor een kort gesprekje of om werk van hun kind tebekijken. Om 8.30 en 12.45 uur gaat er een tweede schoolbel; vanafdit moment starten we met de schoolactiviteiten (en verwachten wedat alle ouders de klas hebben verlaten).Organisatie van het personeelOns team bestaat uit groepsleerkrachten, interne begeleider,onderwijsassistenten, directie en onderwijsondersteunend personeel,aangevuld met vrijwilligers. Het team is samen verantwoordelijkvoor de totale gang van zaken op school.De groepsleerkrachten verzorgen de dagelijkse onderwijspraktijk inde groep.De IBer ondersteunt de leerkrachten bij het verlenen van zorg in degroep.De onderwijsassistenten helpen de leerkrachten bij het begeleidenvan kleine groepen en leerlingen.Het managementteam (2 coördinatoren van onderbouw en bovenbouw, deIBer en de directeur) informeert en onderhoudt contacten metouders, andere scholen en instanties. Zij coördineert deontwikkeling van de school en begeleidt het team en ondersteunendpersoneel.Het onderwijsondersteunend personeel ondersteunt bijadministratieve taken.Vrijwilligers ondersteunen ons bij diverse taken, zoals bijv. hetonderhoud van school.'T Einder is a publicelementary school in the district Horseshoe Easter in Gemert.
