(1)臺東民眾及村里長能夠使用平板電腦、智慧手機或一般個人電腦進行各項服務資訊的通報，使基層的意見能夠快速獲得處理。(2)臺東民眾及村里長通報之服務資訊內容包括：路平查報、路燈查報、地方災情查報等，亦可主動轉介村里民社會救助、福利申請、農業補助、高風險家庭等問題以及意見反映。(3)臺東民眾及村里長進行通報或申請時，可夾帶1個以上之附件，附件種類包括文件、圖像、影片及音訊等。(4)如使用平板電腦、智慧手機進行通報時，應具備LBS功能，傳送所在地理座標，附件並可直接使用平板電腦、智慧手機之鏡頭拍照、攝影後加入多個附件。(5)可查詢臺東公車路線、發車時刻及到站時刻等資訊。(6)民眾可查詢各鄉鎮村里的每日垃圾車時刻，並提供"提醒功能"提醒使用者垃圾車即將到來之訊息
