Employer or representativecan calculate the amount of tax for payment of monthly taxablesalary and other fringe benefits of each employee. On the otherhand, employee can quickly calculate the amount of tax or tax baseof monthly taxable salary and other fringe benefits which he/shegot from employer (the employer has already withheld tax onsalary).
