The software calculates the risk of death at1, 2 and 3 years in patients with congestive heart failure based onclinical variables and biochemical markers that are manuallyentered by the user ( health professional ) . The results aredisplayed numerically and graphically. The calculation algorithmhas been obtained from a study in 2012 that included 800 patientswith congestive heart failure.The aim of this calculation is to provide optional additionalinformation to identify the risk of death of patients withcongestive heart failure.
