The Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry(CREDAI - MCHI), formed in 1982, is the most prominent and the onlyrecognized body of Real Estate Developers in Mumbai and MMR.

CREDAI - MCHI brings together members dealing in Real EstateDevelopment on one common platform to address various issues facingthe Industry.

With a strong Membership of over 1800 leading Developers inMumbai and The MCHI-CREDAI has expanded across MMR, having its ownunits in Thane, Kalyan -Dombivali, Mira - Virar City, Raigad andNavi Mumbai.

Members of CREDAI - MCHI account for 80% of the organizedDevelopment of new residential and commercial properties in Mumbaiand MMR.

CREDAI - MCHI is recognized by Government of Maharashtra and theCentral Government and helps in meeting their objectives ofproviding housing, which is a basic necessity.

CREDAI - MCHI works towards raising awareness among the GeneralPublic, Real Estate and Construction Industry while providing themwith detailed information on new developments in and around Mumbaiand MMR.

CREDAI - MCHI is a Member of Confederation of Real EstateDevelopers' Associations of India (CREDAI) the apex body forPrivate Real Estate Developers in India and is also affiliated withleading Industry Associations like CII, FICCI, IMC and others.
