Jinzhou Medical University (former LiaoningMedical University-LMU) founded in 1946 and located in the city ofJinzhou in Liaoning Province which is about four hours east ofBeijing. During development over decades, JZMU has become a leadingprovincial university with its main educational focus being on themedical sciences.
JZMU is aided with 16 teaching departments, 98 teaching offices, 56teaching laboratories, 4 affiliated comprehensive hospitals and 169bases for teaching and practice.

JZMU currently holds more than 13,000 students of which 1000 areinternational students enrolled for clinical medicine course inEnglish from various countries around the globe (India, Pakistan,Nepal and Africans countries)
