Place a UCCW widget (3x3 or 4x4) on the homescreen.
Select from the skin list.
To enable hotspots: Menu -> Lock widgets (Hotspot mode)
Resize it anyway you want to best suit your screen.

- Download the following file http://goo.gl/ff05Dj and extract the folders tothis directory "sdcard/UltimateCustomClockWidget/weather"
- Uninstall and re-install the skin and possibly change the weatherprovider.
