In addition, it offers directaccess to other functions like barcode-scanner or medialibrary.The “Connect”-functionality, the core element of SYR’s App makesit possible to control valves from a distance. Products from thecategories leakage detection, water treatment, hygiene control andheating system monitoring can be monitored and controlled when youare out and about. Thus, the user can check and change all settingsanytime as desired – and he will be informed e.g. in case a leakageproblem is detected: in the event of an emergency, it will bepossible to react without delay.The App is a tangible advantage for our business and trade partnersas it offers them real value added: overviews of all product areas(water and filter technology, pressure regulation, protectiondevices, safety valves, valves for heating systems, heating waterconditioning and SYR Connect), brochures, videos explainingproducts and their installation, FAQ´s, dates of current shows andrequired data of all central contacts.The integrated QR-code scanner completes SYR’s App. It providesaccess to more detailed information on spare parts and instructionsfor use and installation of a specific device. The correspondingQR-code can be found on an adhesive label enclosed to the SYRproducts.
