Decide + Be Ready is designed to help you makeadecision by focusing on what is important to you about yourmethod.It will cover important basics about all the methods outthere andask you questions about what you want from birth control(like howyou want to use it, how often you want to think about it,and whatside effects are going to bother you or make your lifebetter), soyou can find the ones that work for you. The app willalso allowyou to compare methods side-by-side, and capturequestions you havefor your provider. Even if you already have amethod in mind, it isgood to know your options. Decide + Be Readycan be used by anyone.However, it was specifically developed toalso meet the uniqueneeds of servicewomen.
