Paid Unlock shall not share any of your personal datawith any of the 3rd parties; except age, gender and passivelocation(if enabled), which are used for fetching more relevantads.Compensation:Provided that you are not in breach with any terms, Paid Unlockwill pay you a portion of the revenues actually received by adnetworks or ad network exchange from advertisements displayed onyour mobile display via the Paid Unlock Service, as determined byPaid Unlock from time to time in its sole discretion. Payments willbe calculated solely based on records maintained by Paid Unlock,and no other measurements or statistics of any kind will beaccepted or have any effect.Exclusions:Paid Unlock will not be liable for making any payment based on [a]any fraudulent impressions or fraudulent clicks generated by anyperson, robot, automated program, or similar device, as reasonablydetermined by Paid Unlock; [b] impressions commingled with asignificant number of fraudulent impressions or fraudulent clicksdescribed in [a] above; or [c] any breach of these terms andconditions.
