This sura revealed to Prophet Muhammad(PBUH)when he did not receive revelations every six months, even intheform of a dream! The Prophet (PBUH) in a very disturbed stateofmind, feeling negative and depressed and believe that God isnotpleased with her, had forgotten him, and did not want him asaprophet again.

Surah Ad-Dhuha revealed to the Prophet (PBUH) to free him fromthisnegative feeling and give him hope, positive, and assurancethatGod is with him no matter what. From it we can find peace,hope,and a new faith in God when we go through the same statesofdepression, sadness, and despair.

Surah was revealed in Mecca and has 11 verses. It is narratedfromthe holy Prophet (pbuh) GOD pleased with the people who readthischapter.
