Warranty and Terms and Conditions of Sales.Terms & Conditions of Sale Early Landcruiser Spares(ELS)offer a minimum 30 Day Warranty for all used and second handparts(unless otherwise stated). These warranty terms arenottransferable and original invoices are required for proofofpurchase.• Body parts as inspected • No allowance is madefortransportation or labour costs • Part returns must bereceivedwithin 7 days of invoice date. A 20% handling charge willbeincurred for parts "NO LONGER REQUIRED". Part retums mustbeaccompanied by original invoice.•ELS will not be responsible for any consequential lossordamage, loss of income or damage/downtime because of the failureofthe part sold.Warranty Engines are warranted against smoking, knockingandexcessive oil usage, it is a condition of this warranty thatyourradiator be cleaned thoroughly, also heater and radiatorhosesincluding fan belts be checked and replaced if necessary. •Enginesare sold as Long Bare, Accessories and manifolds if fittedare notguaranteed to be correct for your model and are notwarranted.Closely examine before installation and swap parts fromyouroriginal engine where necessary. • Diesel engines willneedinjectors and pump to be serviced or warranty void. • Allchangeover units to be retumed ASAP or no warranty will beconsidered. •All transmissions must be fitted with a new filter kitand frontseal by a qualified transmission repairer.
